Robyn has a passion for community service and helping others, which led her to run for Centennial City Council in 2021. Working in a non-partisan environment, Robyn sought collaboration with community and her colleagues to be responsive to her resident's needs. She hopes to continue her legacy of service to Centennial for a second term.
Originally from Iowa where she learned a strong work ethic and the importance of humility, Robyn found her way to Colorado to build her life. Robyn has lived in Centennial for 20+ years with her husband, who serves in law enforcement, and two sons, who attend Littleton Public Schools.
Her life outside of her professional commitments is just as full and enriching. Nothing beats a robust cup of coffee to kick start her mornings followed by a run with her faithful 79-pound companion and rescue from Dumb Friends League, Samson. She is her boys' biggest cheerleader at their sporting events. Robyn's life is a testament to balance, joy, and resilience, a constant source of inspiration.
District 1 is located in the western most part of Centennial and home to over 22,000 residents. Borders include Orchard Road, Colorado Boulevard, County Line Road and Broadway. Robyn and her husband moved to Centennial in 2001 when it first became a city.
As Centennial prepares for a significant election cycle, with five out of nine Council seats opening up including the Mayor's, Robyn stands out as a beacon of trusted leadership, predictability, and stability. Her commitment to civic engagement and her vision for a thriving Centennial make her an invaluable asset to the community.
